The space

Upon entering the apartment, guests will be greeted by a spacious area that includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room ideal for six people, and a living room with a large and comfortable sofa and TV. Located on the corner of the building, this is one of the few apartments with double windows in the living room, offering an incredible ocean view. From the living room, guests have access to a private balcony where they can enjoy the most spectacular sunsets with a privileged view.

This incredible unit also features a washer, air conditioning, and a half bathroom.

The three beautiful bedrooms each have a queen bed, a closet for storing belongings, and an ensuite bathroom for our guests' privacy.

The most distinctive part of this amazing apartment is the terrace, exclusive to the guests of this unit, with a lovely mini pool overlooking Cabo and the ocean. On the terrace, our guests can enjoy sun loungers, a BBQ area, and a dining area, the perfect place to gather and enjoy this incredible destination.

Located a short drive from the heart of Cabo, the neighbourhood gives you easy access to the city’s shops, restaurants, nightlife and marina, while simultaneously providing a more relaxed, residential atmosphere.

Mistiq Los Cabos is not a hotel. All units are individually owned and managed with care to offer you a home-like experience in a condominium setting.

We have 24hr security on site.

We loved staying here. The place is very new, modern, and beautifully designed, with incredible views and a quiet, calm atmosphere that made it very relaxing while still being close to the city. The area felt very safe, check-in was easy with a smooth self check-in process, the WiFi worked well, and there was great hot water. There are a couple of cafés nearby, including Café Saturno right down the street for coffee and breakfast, but most restaurants and attractions are a short Uber ride away. A few things to note for future guests: you’ll need to bring or buy your own drinking water, as the water filter wasn’t working during our stay. The kitchen is minimally stocked with dishes and had what we needed, but there were no basic cooking staples like salt, pepper, or olive oil, and no laundry detergent. They did provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The couch could use a cleaning, and the space could feel more homey with added decor and more outdoor furniture to hangout or eat.

El departamento cumplía lo solicitado junto con las amenidades del gimnasio, piscina y jacuzzi. sin embargo, el departamento requiere mantenimiento en las regaderas salía poca agua y se quedaba estancada, la cocina falta más menaje de buena calidad, falta fumigar, no se dejaron bolsas para basura, poco papel de baño y de mala calidad. y el Internet no agarraba en todas las pantallas.

Muy bonito departamento, batallamos un poquito con el agua caliente pero ya estaban por resolverlo, si regresaría. Al rooftop le agregaría una mesa con sombra o algo más para estar más cómodos. Si lo recomiendo, estuvimos muy a gusto

Excelente lugar, el edificio es bellisimo, las amenidades increibles y las visatas hermosas sobre todo al atardecer. disfrutamos mucho de las piscinas y el gym que esta super equipado. El apartamento tiene una excelente vista al mar desde la terraza, es muy amplio y estaba impecable. En general tuvimos una excelente estancia, lo recomiendo mucho.
