March 2026This is a very beautiful home in a convenient location. It is spacious with scenic views of the ocean and pools. I loved having my breakfast on the balcony; the sunrises and sunsets were picturesque. We Ubered everywhere we needed to go, and the prices were relatively reasonable. We traveled 15 minutes to the Marina, 35-40 minutes to San Jose, and 10-15 to downtown.

December 2025Stay was great beautiful views and very peaceful,, it was only 3 of us so very spacious 3bed 3 and a half bath,,, however you are not in downtown it’s about a 10 min uber ride into town which was fine for us

December 2025Mistiq Los Cabos was great for my birthday trip party of 6. We got to experience 2 different Airbnb properties of theirs. They are all stocked differently. Some have more toilet paper, one apartment did not have dish/hand soap but the other one did. One had a lot more kitchen supplies than the other. So just be prepared to either purchase some things on your own or ask the host/concierge. The only con is that one day they were working on pipes in the building and we did not have water for the entire day. We were not given notice in advance about it. Had we known we could’ve planned better that day. Other than that everything was great, we used the concierge for a variety of services and they were super helpful and responsive. The property manager is also very attentive and helpful. The location is great super close approximately 10-15 from everything in San Lucas and about 35-40 minutes from San Jose. I highly recommend and would stay here again. Thank you so much for your hospitality

December 2025I stayed at Mistiq for 4 days, and it was just as described in the pictures. Beautiful scenic view, easy to find, and check in was smooth.

October 2025The apt was great and looked better than the pictures. There was a hiccup with the check in and they put us in another apt which was nice. We accidentally got locked out because the key they give is very small and it’s not on a key chain. We tried for hours to get in contact with someone from management and she kindly let us in 2.5 hrs later. But we were told we have to pay $50 for an inconvenience fee. Any Inconvenience after 5pm is 50$ is what we were told which shouldn’t be the case in my opinion but it is what it is. Some towels did have brown stains on them I’m guessing it’s makeup which was no big deal. Overall they were pleasant, the apt looked better than described and the security staff was great !

May 2025I and my friends enjoyed our stay at MISTIQ. The Airbnb was beautiful just as the pictures with amazing views from the balcony, the place was clean. The host was flexible with early check in and I and my guests definitely appreciated that. The neighborhood is quiet and security at the gate. Uber was easy to navigate and find the location and the security at the gate gave no issues. The Airbnb was a close drive to many of the resturants, clubs and the Marina in San Lucas. I would recommend staying here.

April 2025The place is very nice. A few more items needed in kitchen such as mixing bowls, regular bowls, more pots and pans and definitely more hand towels throughout including the bathrooms. Need to supply some cleaning supplies and toilet scrubbers for each bathroom. Definitely should have extra rolls of toilet paper and trash bags. Other than that, the place is very very nice.
