The space

Exclusive and unique two-bedroom penthouse with a private terrace and small pool, offering iconic views of Cabo San Lucas and the Pacific Ocean!

Upon entering the penthouse, guests will be greeted by a spacious area that includes a fully equipped kitchen with top-notch amenities, a dining area ideal for four guests, and a living room with a large, comfortable sofa and TV. From the living room, guests have access to a private balcony where they can enjoy the most spectacular sunsets with a privileged view.

This incredible unit also features a washer, air conditioning, and a half bathroom for added convenience.

The two beautiful bedrooms each have a king-size bed, a closet for storing belongings, and an ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy for our guests.

The most distinctive part of this amazing apartment is the private terrace, exclusive to the guests of this unit, with a lovely mini pool overlooking Cabo and the Pacific Ocean. It was beautiful and definitely just as the pictures portrayed. However me and my girlfriend wish there was at least salt and pepper in the condo along with there being no net to clean the pool so, The pool had a 100s of flys and no way we could clean it. Besides that it was gorgeous, and only 10 minutes from the heart of cabo.

This Airbnb was absolutely beautiful! The property was spacious, clean, and had such a great vibe. The upstairs area was definitely the highlight—huge, stylish, and with stunning views that made the whole trip feel extra special. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy everything Cabo has to offer. I can’t wait to go back, and I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Great apartment with excellent views. The rooftop pool felt very private, and everything was clean and well organized. Communication with the host was excellent—super responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, the stay was good. The condo is beautiful with beautiful views. Some of my issues relate to what others say about the lack of needed items such as tissue, paper towels, kitchen supplies, etc. the sheets and towels were also stained which was a bit of a turn off as I expected better quality. The hot water ran out quickly so my partner and I had to shower together to take advantage of what we could get. The water also had a funny smell in one of the bathrooms that made us not want to use it for showers. Again, it was an overall good stay but could be better if those small things were improved. The community is stunning but the pool doesn’t list how deep it is which could be dangerous though the owners don’t control this.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the rooftop pool was amazing. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom was spacious with a nice ensuite. It would be nice to have had even minimal supplies - for a luxury stay there was really nothing and we found there were a few things in the unit which were already showing some wear. The Market down the street was a hidden gem and the sandwiches are amazing

We enjoyed our stay at Mistiq Los Cabos! The unit was comfortable with a spectacular view. There were a couple of things that would have made this stay even better. They lacked kitchen supplies as there was only one wine glass and one regular glass. There was nothing other than extremely basic kitchen supplies so it made it difficult to cook anything. Also, the bathroom linens were well used and stained and could use changing. They provided very basic soap and no laundry or dishwasher pods. There also was no extra toilet paper or paper towels so be prepared to buy your own! That being said, there is a grocery store close by so we were able to buy everything we needed. We will be back to stay!

Exactly as pictured! The unit and grounds were all stunning. Mistiq Los Cabos is a well-maintained property. Many great photo opportunities. My partner and I stayed for 5 days and it felt like home. The private mini pool/deck was a great bonus - I just wish the pool was heated! However, there are 4 pools on the main level for residents/guests, 2 of which were heated! Checking in and out was easy. There’s an oxxo about 10-minute walking distance and a Soriana/Costco about 5 minutes away by uber for groceries/necessities. The kitchen is fairly well-equipped for cooking, and if you’re interested in ordering take-out, the delivery driver is able come right up to your unit if instructed. Overall, we had a great stay :)

It was good. However the place isn’t what I would describe luxury. Other than the view. It’s not equipped with anything. For example there was two rolls of toilet paper total. 1 garbage bag. 1 paper towel. No instructions and a very confusing stove top. However, the view is incredible. The upstairs deck and pool is awesome. I would come back again, now that I know what to expect. A heavy trip to Walmart to get supplies for the week. I’ve just never been to an Airbnb that had nothing for garbage disposal, cleaning etc.

We throughly enjoyed our time at Mistiq! What a private, peaceful and safe environment. The private rooftop and pool was such a bonus, not the mention the ocean views! We will absolutely be returning. Also huge thank you to the complimentary concierge that helped me arrange a private chef, decorator and private massages. If you’re considering this place, I highly recommend!
