The chef food was really good. I would recommend for a large group. The only downside is you can’t walk anywhere because it’s all new development and the Main Street is kind of far.

Minor issues like the rooftop lights not working didn’t stop us from having a great time. The sunsets from the rooftop were incredible and the place really felt like a private resort—without the noise and crowds, and with much more privacy. The pool was great for laps, and every morning the sunrise was something to look forward to for early risers. The location was also very convenient, close to Costco and grocery stores, which made it feel even more like a home away from home. Highly recommend for those who prefer a great experience without the high-cost resorts. The host provided VIP-level hospitality and the space was very comfortable and accommodating for six people.

Review Mistiq Los Cabos, First, Brittany was very nice & always available. The unit 423 we stayed in at Mistiq has a lot of potential. It is really well located for us with nice views and a lot of space. Nice & very spacious underground parking and the facilities are clean. It is gated and Security is always present. We felt safe here. I’d say our unit has a lot of potential because we find it is very spacious and it seems to have all you need. Where we were disappointed is with the cleanliness and upkeep of our specific unit. The roof top looks nice in pictures but has serious security issues, especially since the hot tub is on the top floor of the building with no railings to prevent you from falling down a four story building. It wasn’t clean or inviting. No propane tank was hooked up to the BBQ. The water was cold and not clean. The roof top wasn’t inviting. We took a look when we got here and never went back. Mistiq Los Cabos has a lot of potential and was beautiful when we arrived. It had been raining for a full day, so I’m not sure if that contributed, but the ceiling in our apartment started leaking. There were also tiny ants throughout the apartment, and the kitchen drain had a strong, unpleasant smell. The staff did come to clean and left products for us to use. While they were very friendly and responsive, the cleaning didn’t fully resolve the issues with the bugs or the smell. Overall, the experience could have been much better if the apartment had been cleaner. The location itself was decent and conveniently close to many food places. Staff was very friendly and responsive.

Our stay at the Airbnb was overall really enjoyable. The house was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, and the view from the top floor was absolutely stunning. One of our favorite moments was having a group dinner on the upstairs patio during sunset. The beds were super comfortable, and the house was clean when we arrived. We had a great time and made some amazing memories!

Overall our stay here was amazing. Place was very clean and the views were amazing. Pool upstairs is not heated however a major plus for added privacy. Public pool and hot tub are just as amazing! Two downsides were the manager waited until last minute to provide code to key box as we had already arrived and left airport. After the first night our chef used the sink and since there is not proper food disposal we had a smell for a couple days. Keep in mind they do not provide extra garbage bags beyond one or any paper towels.

Great price for the view & location! Close to a ton. We rented a car & it was perfect for us. The place is pretty ill-equipped like the other reviews mentioned. The cleaners missed a few spots from the previous guests but the host had that taken care of asap!! Great place. Would recommend, if you’re willing to purchase a few things (soap, detergent, etc)

Our stay was good here , a few things that stood out to me.. all the pools were cold ! We did not like this at all! The private pool had bubbles however it was still freezing ! For the price this should be considered ! The views overall are amazing ! I recommend for a large group/family ! We mainly used UBER to get around , very affordable and accessible , the walk however to the entrance is a bit far ! If you’re looking for a view of cabo san lucas.. this is YOUR SPOT!

Loved this condo! It was clean, beautiful, and quiet. Great location as well. It was only 5-15 minutes from the places we had to travel to. Uber was the best option and way cheaper than renting a car. The host was responsive and fixed any issues that came up. We used Jess for pre-stocking services as well as some packages for my birthday celebration. I’d def come back here again. The only thing that would have made things perfect is if the jacuzzi was heated. Bc it’s not heated we did not use it but I got great pictures up on the private roof.
